My career has spanned multiple specialties, including pre‑ and post‑surgical care, gastroenterology, and stroke and elderly care. For the past 15 years, I have worked extensively in mental health, learning disabilities, and  eating disorders sector, supporting both adults and young people.
I have worked with individuals experiencing a broad spectrum of eating disorders, often alongside co‑existing mental and physical health challenges, as eating disorders rarely occur in isolation.
My dual training in both physical and mental health gives me a unique perspective – one that recognises and values the deep connection between mind, body, nutrition, and overall wellbeing.

Our Services

At The Mood and Food Collective we offer evidence-based nutritional support alongside optional equine-assisted therapy.

Dietetic services are available for individuals seeking guidance to support general health, as well as for those managing diagnosed health conditions. We create personalised nutrition plans informed by medical history, lifestyle, and individual goals.

Equine-assisted therapy is offered as a separate or complementary service, providing a unique, experiential approach to emotional regulation, self-awareness, and connection.

Clients may choose dietetic support on its own, combine nutrition care with equine therapy, or participate solely in equine-assisted sessions without a focus on food.
